I purchased Van Cleef & Arpels First 100ml EDT on the 28th November 2010. Today is the 24th February 2011. I have emailed FragranceX 4 times, rung twice and have had the same response each time. Each time I am advised to be patient as my perfume will arrive shortly. I have also been told how at the time of my order, there was adverse weather conditions and this caused a delay in shipping to Australia.
After nearly 3 months, I believe I have been more than patient. After 3 months, I no longer believe anything FragranceX advises either by email or over the phone.
Future buyers should beware, as I have just read in a forum where it would appear that one of many dissatisfied customers with similar complaints.
