Seen a advertisement on a side of a van, thought id give them a ring to book a MWB transit van for the weekend. when I rang up to enquire about the van i was informed that it wasn't available for my weekend.

Instead of leaving it there like most van rental companies would have, liverpool practical gave me a free upgrade to a LWB which i thought was fantastic as i wasnt too sure if the MWB was big enough to begin with.
I couldn't have been more happy with my visit and would certainly recommend practical liverpool to all my friends and family.

Lovely customer service, went the extra mile to make sure i was happy. Fantastic value for money, will be using this service again.
