My associaton is responsible for all ranch style condos back yards because they are attached to eachother, per the bylaws. They refuse to fix the gate or fence that is in much needed care. They did however put a new post in so the gate door does not collapse. I emailed them to please trim my tree that they have trimmed for the last 4 years in my back yard and it states int he bylaws the Homeowner cannot trim the trees or bushes and in the ranch homes in the backyard. They refuse and tell me its not their responsiblity even though the ranch homeowners pay an extra $60 a month for extra service and it is in the bylaws.
