I received a Vans hoodie as a gift for Christmas, and the item was purchased while the gift-giver was on vacation in Oklahoma City. I needed a different size and figured that I could return it through the Vans corporate website since the item was purchased at an official Vans store. I called the 800 number and explained my situation, and the representative informed that I was WRONG because there is no Vans store in Oklahomcka City. After a quick Google search, I gave the rep the store's address and phone number. He still insisted that I was WRONG. I called the OKC store and was told that I could physically return the item to the OKC store...but I live in Arkansas, am handicapped, and therefore do not drive. Now I'm stuck with a hoodie that doesn't fit and will NEVER support this company again.
