I transferred a lease on a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and the person who took over the payments was promised that auto management group would take care of the registration costs of the vehicle. The client continued to drive this vehicle with expired plates and then was pulled over by the police. At that time they did not want to have the vehicle if the car was not registered. All communication was lost and nothing was satisfied. I now since have lost the vehicle due to repossession and have been forced into bankruptcy. All I wanted and expected was that payments would be made as promised by this company. No phone calls were returned. I am just looking for damages/compensation for this trouble and headache.
