Verizon Internet Security Suite has never worked and will never work. I have had this program now for two years it has been a nightmare ever since. It takes their techs hours and hours, days and months to finally tell me it does not work. I have been with Verizon for 12 years and because of this product I am thinking hard about changing carriers. They know that the Verizon Internet Security Suite is a product that does not work. This is a pure con on their part. I feel sorry for anyone who uses this product.
