I strongly urge anyone considering moving to avoid Velocity at all costs. They are a bit better priced than other companies, but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with them. From the minute they pick up your belongings they have no interest in helping you. When they finally do decide to deliver your belongings, they try to get more money out of you with made up expenses and costs. We did not receive all of our belongings and have been told that they are lost. They also damage your items without caring at all. If you want a horrible moving experience, then use Velocity.
