I am having corporate plan. I am provided Numbers : 9561066745, 46, 47, 48, 49. At the time of plan selection it was clearly told to Airtel representative that only two numbers should be provided STD facility those numbers are : 9561066745 and 47. Where as only one number is having STD facility . The other number is still unable to make STD calls . On contacting Customer Care Service, i am told that the number is having STD facility.

The other number 9561066749 is provided STD facility. Where as it was not told to provide STD facility.

So, without confirmation, company is activation services .

Secondly, send me all the bills through mail on [email protected], so that i can check whether STD calls are made by the above said number or not.
