I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with this Seattle based company, especially if your residence resides on privately owned property. For the most part, their employees are arrogant, belligerent, and negligent. When asked to move their vehicle, all I got was a mouthy-sorry-excuse-for-a-rep who told me he would do whatever he damn well pleased which pissed me off. I later learned from their main office that they were using a vehicle with a bad transmission that would not allow the vehicle to backup when it actually needed to be able to, and his supervisor also admitted to having the same problem with the same vehicle prior to this as well. How stupid!! Their direct lack of cooperation and inability to reason was the direct cause of me damaging my vehicle while this punk was in my way, and they refuse to accept the slightest responsibility. I have absolutely zero tolerance for such bullish ignorance.
