I had a gut feeling that doing medical stuff in a mall is not right but I didn't listen... The catch was the walk-in, it seemed so easy not having to make and keep an appointment (which is not easy with 2 small kids).
I have had Botox many times before, never a problem. This time, I have a deformed face! I have assimmetrical eyebrows which look awful!! One of them is lower than the other, and I can move one of them but the other not at all. They just don't have a clue what they are doing, there is not a doctor on site, and worst of all they are liars. I was told to come back if anything went wrong. Guess what!! They closed their location just a week after my procedure! The nurse, Kathy must have known that they would be closed down before I even get the final results (which is 2 weeks with Botox) but she still lied to my face. I went back and what did I see?! Walls up to the ceiling, and the advertisement of a new business, opening soon! They even removed this location from their website like it never existed. I am angry, frustrated and appalled by these business ethics. Do yourself a favor and don't even go close!!!
