A vericred agent has called me at my workplace to discuss my account.
I was out of the office and she proceeded to tell the receptionist about my account details, she told her how behind I was with payments, she asked what position I am in and when she heard I was a manager she even asked how can I not pay my account if I am a manager. She disclosed personal confidential information to a stranger at my WORKPLACE. She proceeded to ask why I did not answer my phone, and that she wanted to fax my statement to my WORK fax number. She bombarded the receptionist with questions and even asked her why I was running behind. I am now so embarrassed and was called into our Directors office and was told that personal calls like this is never allowed.

I am going to report this to the NCA since my work has got nothing to do with my personal matters. She is not allowed to disclose confidential information to anyone but myself and she should not even be allowed to call me at my workplace.
