I purchased a Blackberry Storm fro Verizon. I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. every time i take it to Verizon, they say they have had many problems with it. Yet, they not only will not replace it but continue to sell a phone they know is no good. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves and they have lost my business for good.
