I have had several accounts with verison and each time I close them due to their billing practices and frauduent packages. This time they were paid each month from my banking account, directly from bill pay. They have sent me bills each month stating that I still owe them. In fact I even had my bank manager call them and get this straighten out, was sent a statement from them that the account had a zero balance, then the next month again I get a bill for the account. The account has been closed for a couple of months yet they tell me its still open, then the next rep tells me its closed, then I am told to contact billing and billing tells me it the finance that I must contact. There is not one liable area to call to get this straightened out, I have been hung up on several times running up my air time on my cell and at others put on hold for the most of a hour, before I am given the run around. Yet this is put on my credit as a negitive factor, yet my bills were paid before the due date and each month.
