bill
I recieved a bill from erspay saying that I owe verizon money and I never had verizon. I tried and tried to call them and could never reach them. I have know idea who they are but they dont have the right to send me a bill that I dont owe. I even called verizon to sraighten this out. I also sent verizon a letter. Erspay should consult with there client about this. But I cant reach them to tell them. Are they any more then a scam billing system or are they real. You tell me.

unauthorizrd charges
How do I get refunded for unauthorized charges on my cell phone? I did not ask to have this Premium texting!!

charged for something I did not ask for
I was never told about a DA charge to my phone for assistance. This was not even my request, I cannot find the area code they told me I requested. It is pure "H***l to get som answer on this. The phone companies are alowed to get away with ridiculous charges because they figure no one will pursue them and the staff or help (?) at Verizon are not at all helpful but extremely rude.

Long Distance Hijacking
About a month after we enrolled in a flat fee account for both local and long distance with our local telephone service provider - NOT VERIZON - we received a bill for almost $100.00 for verizon long distance. Upon investigation, we learned that our service had been switched BY VERIZON about a week after we enrolled in the local plan. - Not only that, we'd been placed on their most expensive plan.

Bad service
I had Verizon telephone and internet service for a total of 0 (zero) days; I am now in collections.

I canceled service three times - I have the names of the representatives, three Verizon's confirmation numbers and three confirmation e-mails from Verizon. I also have a credit voucher number from Verizon for the billed amount.

Verizon has a 30 day money back guarantee and I am in collections for services they never rendered!

I'd love to hear from anyone else who had a similar issue.

all tax all payments due on behalf of Verizon but the 1-year behind, but you do not resolve this but poblemas after a dispute on 08.10.2008 Verizon, has been closed by my account with her where she did the fix on my credit history, but you still put my name with the reported afni-blomm 2024212931 where this capacity because unwarranted and has already been paid but the 1-year behind, if you do not make the fix will be coming apart corrende this time with a lawsuit tell your department, contact between verizon
referring to this account to prevent the law of the state hopefully return within 14 days before I turn to a lawyer ...

billing
I am fully capable of making my payment every month but you send it evey other month with a $5.00 late fee. If you would send me my bill you would get your money and I wouldn't have to keep paying late fee. l
Credit me my late fee and send me my bill on time or I will cancel. I don't need extra cost like this when not necessary.

FIOS Billing
Am formally disputing a claim made by Verizon, which went to an outside collection agency.

After having a Verizon telephone line and Verizon FIOS for several years, our family decided that the land line was no longer necessary ($31.00 per month, and we never used it). In June of 2008, I contacted the Verizon telephone service billing to have the telephone line discontinued, but that we wanted to keep the FIOS Internet service. This process seemed to go okay.

The same month, June 2008, the router for the FIOS Internet service went bad. Verizon FIOS Internet technical support mailed us a new router for the bad one, which we installed. They also sent us a second router (identified on the June 20 bill for $139.99 + $6.95 shipping). We returned the second router, via FEDEX, the middle of July 2008, once we realized what they had done. I called Verizon FIOS Internet technical support AND BILLING, and advised them it was being returned. I spoke with them again in AUGUST 2008, and they supposedly credited the account ($147 + 99.00 = $246).

On page two of this letter, you will see that Verizon charged us for the additional router, and then unreturned equipment (highlighted in blue text). You will also notice on the second page of this letter that a credit of $38.33 (billing cycle correction), leaving the secondary account number, 007471409xxxx, for Verizon FIOS Internet still active (discontinue of the land line service shifts the internet billing to the first of each month). The FIOS Internet bills one month in advance, to my credit card, and has done so since August 2008 (you will see that account is up to date). I do not receive paper bills, and with the xxxx account cancelled, I do not see any billing cycle.

We have attempted to contact Verizon telephone billing, FIOS billing, and spoken with billing supervisors, who say that the account has been credited (obviously not). The DSL Unreturned equipment charge was disputed twice in August 2008, by both myself and my SO. We have spoken to Verizon land line billing regarding account number ending is xxxx, only to be told that they cannot see any charges on this account. They then transfer us to Verizon FIOS technical support, then to Verizon FIOS billing. We have both been on the phone with customer service at least twice a month since JULY 2008. The last two billing service managers that we both spoke with OCTOBER 10 (because we were on the phone with them at the SAME TIME) said they removed the first DSL equipment charge, and the unreturned router charge from the FIOS Internet account for a total of $246.00. For some reason, they cannot seem to credit xxxx. Each time we call, it is a minimum of two hours, being transferred here and there, but we have spoken with billing managers each time, only to have this occur again.

At this time, I do not believe that sufficient corrections have been made by Verizon Telephone Billing, nor Verizon FIOS billing, to correct their error. Is this sufficient to get the collections company back on Verizon instead?

Unethical Practice
Verizon have been laying cable for months in my neighborhood. Shortly after they laid the cable I had a service rep at my door wanting to 'explain' the service. I listened for an hour but still had no clear idea about how much it would cost. I said I'd think about it. She asked me to sign a 'satetement that she'd talked with me'. I questioned a part of the 'statement' saying I'd be purchasing the service. She assured me it wasn't a contract, that I'd have a couple of weeks to think about it and someone would call me then. I have three witnesses to her her 'assurance'. The next day I had a message from Verizon on my phone, asking me about my service transfer. I ignored it. The next day I had a call, asking again about my service transfer. When I said I didn't have a contract with Verizon, I was told I did. It took over an hour of expensive cell phone time to finally get rid of Verizon leeches. I did finally find out what the cost would be; $20 more per month than I was currently paying and no guarantee they wouldn't raise the cost of the service in six months. I'm relieved I got away from Verizon. My elderly mother was not so lucky. Brighthouse asterik hunter, where were you when she needed you? She was 'visited' by Verizon and three days later she has DRV boxes all over the house, charges she never agreed to, a broken television and no idea of how to work the system. That's an issue my sisters and I will be taking up. I feel like I got off lightly. My poor mom didn't. Verizon should be shut down!!

Awful company
Never shows up. three times this month, failed to show up. This was same result in Spring when I first switched to Verizon. What a mistake!!! The company's record of not answering phones, lying to customers, and sucky performance shows why they should be fined by the US Attorney General, and Consumer Affairs. Unfortunately, they heavily contribute in NJ to the Democratic party. They need not perform and pretty much set rates as they please. No one is minding the store and the Corporate offices do not reply to repeated calls for assistance. There seems to be no one that cares here and anyone that is considering their service should beware of what they are in for.
