Unable to pay bill on line, website states that the section to pay bills is down. This website service has been down for over a month. I was referred to a phone service that will accept payment but with an additional charge of 5.oo dollars. I went to a Verizon business site in Riverside and was told I could not pay my bill there because they only dealt with wireless customers. I informed them that I was a wireless customer, and they told that my wireless and residential were not bundled, so they could not help me. It takes me at least thirty minutes each time I try and contact a living person at the company and no one is able to help me. Whatever you do, do not use Verizon as a phone service. They are not helpful, there services are dismal and not dependable. The problems are with there company and services yet they try and bill you additional services for problems that they cause or are responsible for occurring.
