In the amount of Seven hundred thirty seven dollars and eighty cents ($737.80 ). Herewith is an explanation as follows : Bill date - June 26, 2010 amount -$199.30. As a client reaction, I contacted Verizon to verify this amount and requested a copy before payment but I was told to go to a library and open a computer thereat to check my accouint. I am not computer literate and so I tried my best to contact several times but I was told this is what came out from my record and If I want a copy I have to pay. I visited two (2) Verizon outlets for help but to no avail. From thereon charges/ bills went on with the restriction of using my cellphone and communication was cut off by the agency in the monthj of Aug/ Sept 2010 and thereafter. Hoping that this matter be cleared soonest with the correct amount to pay. Thank you for your help. Victor fernandez
