Vernon Jewell and the landlord at 815 Central Place own properties that are in deplorable condition.The paint is peeling off, yards full of trash and cars in the yard! These homes are located in Columbus, In.This used to be a nice neighborhood but no more! I would move but the condition of these houses would make me list very low and doubt if anyone would be interested.I try to keep my property in good condition.Very upsetting.Tried to cotact Mr.Jewell but couldn't reach him.Have no idea of who owns the other property.Mr.Jewell owns a funeral home so he can certainly afford repairs!
