This company advertises items that they do not have in stock. I ordered a book and it said it would ship in 12 days but it seems that they did not have the book, did not tell me when I placed order and only when I inquired as to where my book was did they tell me that they had not placed an order for the book yet. They could not give me a shipping date. I cancelled the order and they now tell me it will take up to 10 days before they issue a credit back to Paypal. They will then have had my money for nearly 30 days with no service. I don't think it is legal to knowingly sell and charge a customer for items that you do not have in stock. I should have know when the company does not list an address or phone number to reach them if their is a problem. They also take 2 days or more to answer email.
