Hi I am a private consumer who was taken in by the vetomail marketing. I took them up on their free months trial and decided against it after all as i kept experiencing e-mail problems. I unistalled as per their help page and expected payments not to be collected. 12-14 months later they are still taking payments and I can not track them down. Their support is autoreply and is useless. Can you advise on my options or even supply a phone number to contact them.
