i returned dazzle white kits with a posted date on my credit card on 11/13/2010. they have been given me the run around.numerous calls made. on 1/26/10 talked to mgr. jessica at 271p. refund was sceduled for 1/26/10.
today.2/22/2010 240pm. talked to brittaney--1866-543-6497 and crystal. they had tech. problems and they had no way to refund my money $48.92. and had no way to reach a supv on their stations and had no way to transfer my call to a supv.they said go to my bank and get a refund thru my bank.

i am also waiting for a refund of $86.93 for prem white smile, same company. posted on my credit card on 12/14/2010. returned to them 1/5/2010 which i received from them on 1/04/2010. they had tech problems and should have fixed their own problem and refunded my money.

they owe me $135.85. and will not refund.
