I, too, ordered product from both of these companies, at the same time, and am STILL incurring charges. Seems there was no way to "opt out" of their fantastic weight loss program. I thought I had read that I would have to either accept or decline that offer...boy, was I wrong! I am now getting, not only the RIDICULOUS charges of $79.95, for $10.00 worth of product, but I am also getting charges from their affiliates( ie. VH ACCESS, ezykit, and elitepack. By the way, elitepack is also affiliated with VH ACCESS...it is their other name. This is the biggest scam program that I have had to deal with. I would like to know if there is some sort of legal action, from the better business bureau, or something, so that these people don't continue getting away with this. They need to be slapped with a class action suit or something. This type of business behavior should not be allowed!
