Dear Sir, I booked for refilling gas cylinder with Vicky Agencies, Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027 regarding my consumer number V-6028 on 16th Jan. 2010 and the lady posted there replied me to wait for 4-5 days. I was bound to see them on 23rd Jan. and got response for the same day. but no result. Once again I went them on 25th, the same madam said sorry, you will definitely get it today, but without result. At last moment my wife went to them on 30th Jan. and told them and she told you go and the delivery man will be reached there, before you. But I'm sorry they people don't care for their consumers.

I request you to take the necessary action at your end and do the needful.
