Found the website VicodinRx.com, found that they were selling their pain medication for a great deal, especially for someone like me that has no insurance and cannot afford to keep paying for doctor's visits at urgent care or hospitals. Made a money order for the amount and mailed it to the address provided on the page that confirmed my order. They also sent me an email with a confirmation receipt of my order and the total amount. Come to find out, this was April 2, 2011 when I sent the money order. Don't know when, but it has been cashed and I received a "Review of Systems" form to fill out, basically a bunch of categories with check boxes you would check if any of these conditions/diseases pertain to you. It is now May 28th, 2011, and just got this form last week. It took them that long to send, but after Googling the company they want me to send the form back to which is " Lane Cove Wellness Center" in Guangdong, China PRC, it seems like this whole thing is a scam. I haven't sent the form yet, but if anyone else has had this process happen to them and which ever the outcome, can you please post a review about it? I will gladly send in the form, I just don't want to waste my time, nor 2 stamps, just to sit around and wait another 2 months that it will be confiscated by customs or I will get in trouble for something stupid.
