They manage Villa de la Montana in North Phoenix. The pool has been green for over a month and has been shut down by the Dept of Health. They have done NOTHING to fix it. The complex is trashy. But yet I get a complaint that I had foil on one window. My landlord is too cheap to get decent blinds and my bedroom faces east and gets hot and bright. I was going to get some sun blocking curtains but had to wait a few more weeks. They can *** about that but they cannot fix a rotten pool. Everytime me or my landlord calls they keep saying they are working on it. This company is a horrible HOA.
