A couple weeks ago I noticed my carpet getting very wet. I had no idea where or what was causing this. After a few days I realized it was coming thru the floor/wall under the air unit. I notified the rental office and let them know I was beginning to smell mildew/mold. They came to check and it was mold growing. Being at work, I come home & have a meesage that nothing is wrong with the air unit/wall. They said they'd be here to take care (clean up/cover up) the mold & never came. Yet, the apartment manager fixes her free rental unit asap while not attending the paying residents. This reminds of the term: slumlord. Nobody rent from this company, they care nothing for their renters.
