Not informed of horrible no refund, no return policy. Sales associates do not verbally inform you of the policy even after assisting you in the store. Basically, if you buy a gift for someone and they do not find anything else in the store they like you cannot receive store credits, exchanges, or refunds. You have 14 days to attempt to obtain store credit but even within 14 days no refunds are given. No other high end clothing store has these practices that I'm aware of. Completely unfair especially when there are so many other choices out there that carry the same merchandise. Buyer beware.
