Unless you are prepared to deal with the salesperson, who is of course friendly and charming, for hours, do not schedule an appointment with this company for any of their products. The free estimate becomes a hard sell. They do not want to leave until they have a signature. They would not take no for an answer until I threatened to call to complain. I had told the salesperson several times to finish up as it was getting late and I was tired. He wouldn't change his canned speech at all. "Just 10 minutes to wrap this up" became an hour and a half. They are trained to beat you down until you sign their that day only price. I refused to sign. He kept talking. It took 10 tries and the threat of reporting him to get him to pack up and go. Had I read up on them beforehand I would have canceled the appointment in the first place. My mistake. My time wasted. Their sale lost. I will not contract with these people to do any work on my house at all. I don't care how good the products are.
