Three complaints:

1. I reserved during an advertised sale but was charged full price. No response to my emails and phone calls to rectify the mistake.

2. Dogs are advertised as being good with cats. That may be true with some, but my puppy goes nuts around my cats -- chasing and barking and yelping uncontrollably. So don't assume that it will be an easy fit.

3. I emailed regarding the cat problem and asked for some pointers. I have heard nothing from Susan or Keith - so don't assume that they are available to you if you have questions or concerns after they have your money.
