I'm not really complaining I hope this is also welcome here. My experience with VIP Travel wasn't bad, in fact it was rather satisfying. I had two promotions from VIP, one for FLY USA, which was for 2 round trip tickets for 2 adults anywhere in the US, and one was for a 7 day car rental. VIP coordinated the two for me, I flew to Portland, OR in early December for an early Christmas celebration with my daughter and grand kids. The taxes and fees and what not cost me $131. when I looked up the flights on my own this saved me just over $200 so I was very pleased. I worked with Alexia and Kim to book these and they were both very efficient. After my air tickets were booked I was transferred to the car rental department, Kara booked this for me, as Donna, who I'd spoke to in the past was out on vacation. Kara got everything done in a matter of a few minutes and the car cost me $58.36 for a week. I picked it up at the Portland airport about a half hour after we landed and returned it right there the day we left, it had unlimited mileage and of course I just put the gas in that I picked it up with. She also upgraded my vehicle for me to the standard costing me an additional $23.00. All in all I was extremely happy with everything VIP booked for me. When I started their process, all the terms and conditions and policies were seemingly endless but a quick phone call (well 3 phone calls later) Nicole helped me understand everything I needed to get me pointed in the right direction and it went pretty smoothly from there. If I was local I would use them as a normal travel agency, but since I'm not, I definitely wouldn't mind receiving one of their certificates again.
