I paid 150.00 for my mifi 2200 wireless internet. this thing is slower than a dial up connection, that is when it works.I sometimes go days with no internet. Try to contact many times and they have an automated message that says check back tomorrow. been hung up on many times, If you are lucky enough to get through to someone, they dont know english very good, and are absolutely no help.I am so frustrated with this company, I have given up! Iwant a refund! I want credit for the many days the service is down.
