Entered into a 3 year contract years to optimize my business web site. Two year into contract quarterly progress reports were not provided as per contract guarantee, page ranking was not achieved as per contract guarantee.

When confronted with these problems and a cancellation notice for failure to meet contract terms, Virtually Canadian's owner Eric Ayache demanded a termination fee, holding my web site files hostage until I pay him a sum of $1000.

Paying such a sum when my web site has google page ranking of O and contract guarantees such as quarterly progress reports were not met are totally unwarranted.

They have suspended my web site and my company is suffering because of it. They have breached their own contract terms, they are not trustworthy or competent and do not live up to their agreements. Blackmailing customers for unwarranted payment is illegal and unethical, consumers beware of this company.
