I have a Visa credit card and i am very upset at what i perceive to be raising interest rates for no reason. I was late on one payment after years of being a good customer and the rates seem to have gone up a lot. Is it legal to raise rates this much? Can someone please tell me how i can complain about these interest rate increases.
