Just like to inform you that GiftcardMall's business has is horrible service and has ripped us off by not delivering our VISA giftcard which we paid for, never again will I order a visa gift card or order anything from GiftMall, takes so long to "process" and then even longer to ship? Never heard of such unprofessional service and false advertising. The worst company ever! 2 week late birthday present and it's not even sure to arrive! Where the hell is the gift card? My husband called them and they said don't know why it's taking so long "we'll look into it." WHAT? WHERE IS THE CARD WE PURCHASED????? Especially after we received an email saying it's being processed. That email was on August 11th!

I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to order from Giftcard Mall either. I want a supervisor or someone who can help to call me immediately. We paid for something and we don't know if we will receive it, WOW. That's plain fraud.
