There have been unauthorized charges for the month of Decem-ber and January in the amount of $4.95 each month.
I have not authorized these charges and want them reversed. (-1-800-712-7226)

There is also another unauthorized charge of $11.95 from Visa Purchase Googlesuccesskit. I spoke with someone immediately after
the completion of this questionaire and instructed them to void that transaction, that I did not want it...they charged me anyway.

I have tried calling both numbers, numerous times and can not get through to anybody. An operator comes on and saying the lines are busy and that the 800 number will pick-up and promptly dsconnects me.
