Received quote to hide all wires behind my TV, DSTV and Decoder in the wall on the 23 March and accepted. The owner, Izak Postma, came on 24th to start the job. As you will see on their advert, they say that it is a "dustless job" and also that it is "same day service". The job was NOT dustless and the whole house had to be cleaned after they cut into the wall. They did NOT finish the same day and had to return the following day to carry on with the job. They also did not finish on the 25th and until today the 8 April the job is NOT complete and the wall was left as you will see on the attached photo's. The company keeps promising to come and actually confirms times but never pitch. They never call to explain or to confirm another time...
Very unreliable and unprofessional way of dealing with clients.
