I received an e-mail from Visionary Collections on the 2nd of June 2009, to say that they are debt collectors. I contacted Grant Rielly and requested that he collect a bad debt on my company's behalf. I paid him R1 500 to gather information on the bad debt. He contacted me a week later and informed me that he would be able to collect the debt within 14 days. He required further payment which I paid him on the 12th of June 2009. It is now almost 4 months later and I have received no proof that he has been in contact with the debtor and he has produced no results. He refuses to take my calls and I can only assume that he is a con-artist. His company's name should be changed from 'Visionary Collections' to 'Imaginary Collections'. We are in the process of getting a police investigation started against him.
