I bought a brand new computer in April with Vista and it crashes ALL THE TIME. The monitor just goes out and the cap button doesn't work half the time.

Got a new monitor...didn't fix it. Had Best Buy, where I bought it, run a diagnostic, didn't find any problems. Re-installed everything...didn't fix it.

Read some other message boards and saw that others had the same problem.

Wrote to Microsoft and never heard back from them.
