I had the same problem with cancelling and getting a refund for a membership I did not subscribe to. When I called to check status of my refund the agent informed me the company was not the same as the company I received Resveratrol . My refund was being processed for the Resveratrol. I am looking for a way to contact Vit Live Lean and will contest the charge with my credit card company.
