I ordered procative skincare trial for my son. I then received a box of vita clear. First I thought it was the free gift.(because there was no invoice or bill. The following month received another order of proactive skin care and another box of vita clear. Called up Proactive and they said the vitamans were a seperate company, but that I would be billed 2 X 33.00 for them. Explained I never ordered any vitamins. I was then told to call vitaclear. Vita Clear told me they received the orginal order from Proactive and that proactive supplied them with my credit card info. (without my permission). Called Proactive back and they said they help vitaclear out and sell their products. The whole thing was confusing. I explained to Proactive that I am cancelling all future orders with them, because they gave another company my credit card info to purchase vitamins i never asked for and that both companies never sent me an invoice. It was only after I called they told me the charges. I said, who does business that way. No invoice and no written permission to give my credit card info, escpecially since I never asked for the product . My next move is send back the vitamins, go to my bank and block all future purchases from them. Also, we are stationed overseas with the military, so I had to make 3 long distance calls from Singapore to cancel . what a pain. Advice to anyone ordering from Proactive is not to do it online, call and make sure they don't stiff you with a product you don't want and that they don't give other companies you credit info
