14 calls missed calls in 1 day from 1 company from 8 different phone #'s when I called back to find out what it was referring to i would be hung up on. I would ask to speak with an associate higher than customer service I would be hung up on, when I called for higher level contact # I was hung up on. I work in a call center & provide customer service & have done so since 2006. I would be fired if I did that to any customer. This was the worst customer service ive ever received.
