I have tried to cancel this order several times. The last time they promised they wouldn't send anymore. The history is:

10/31 charge to my debit card $39.88.
11/17 I sent it back with proof.
12/3 Another shipment came $ 33.94.
12/12 I sent it back.
12/14 Got credit for ($65.34).
1/4 Another shipment came $ 33.94.
1/17 I sent it back.
