I too ordered My moms Birth certificate Even had to go get their print out to have it NOTORIZED which cost another $12.00 and paid $50.00 . Now their trying to tell me my bank declined it @ the same time I prepaid my credit card another $200.00 right after paying for my moms birth rec- I appalied on line for new insurance for my cars NO PROBLEMS why with this site?
