Goods not received and the company helping themselves to money from my account

I ordered a trial subscription of acai berry to aid dieting. The free trial said it was $3.99 usd. I then after approx 3 weeks had still not received a free trial. Then the company started helping themselves to money from my account. They charged me 118 usd which equates to 86.16 euros. I had to advise my bank that it was fraud on my account and had my card stopped and replaced. I called the freephone number that they supplied but it did not work.. Out of service. So I emailed them these are the replies I got. I quote (Your account which you created on 2009-06-23 for the purchase of Acai Berry has been cancelled successfully as of today. 
 
This cancellation implies that starting from today 2009-07-19, our company will make no more charges and no more products will be shipped to you. 
 
In event that you have not received your trial product yet, you should expect to receive it in the next few days.)July 19th. Then I received another email. 23/07/09 Quote (We would like to inform you that on 2009-06-25 you were charged for the shipping and handling cost on your free trial. The 15 days free trial starts from the day of the shipment of the order and implies that you have 15 days to test your order for free. 
 
As stated in the terms and conditions of the purchase that you accepted during the purchase process, if you do not cancel your account during the 15 days trial period, you will be charged for the product separately and thus the free trial converts into a regular subscription. We confirm that on 2009-07-10 you were charged for the product for the amount of 118.63 USD.) 
 
The small print was that small you would need an extra strong magnifying glass to read it. The company does not seem bothered about the fact one does not receive the product at all, merely taking your money instead which they don't seem to enjoy refunding. 
 
Hope a few more would be customers see these complaints before they actually part with their hard earned cash and bank details.
