I originaly sent off for the Acai berry and colon cleanse trial offer at a set postage only price of £3.78, this was taken from my account on the 9/July/09. I cancelled by phone after 10 days and was told to forward it in writting, which I did.
A few days later I was sent another package with the 2 items in. I telephoned the company and told them I was returning them immediatly by post, which I did. I noticed on my next bank statement that £74.28 had been taken out. They said it was because I had not cancelled in time.

Now I notice I have £73.14 taken out of my account, on the 11/Aug/09, had no items sent, and no one is answering the phone. Something needs to be done about this.
