I purchased a Vivicam 5022 for my granddaughter's birthday. I never worked properly. I started dealing with Sakar, Int 12/27/10, sent camera back 1st week Jan. 2011. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks to replace. Well, March 1 and NOTHING but excuses & lies, one promise after another, a true BS runaround each and every one of the 12 times I've talked with them. This has been escalated every time I talk with them or e-mail them. I get apology after apology and promise after promise. WORD TO THE WISE, NEVER BUY A VIVICAM PRODUCT!!!
