On August 8, 2008 request a free shipment of Acai Berry Supplements for a total shipping and handling at $3.95 for which I was actually billed $4.98. To my surprise, the company accessed my account and charged me an additional $74.59 approximately for an additional supply. A supply I did not order/request and a charge that I did not authorized. This appears to be outright theft of funds. I am currently following-up with my Banking Institution and will also file an additional complaint with appropriate authority.
