On 2008/12/27 We bought a Samsung SGH-i450V (357353/01/012482/6)from Vodacare Cresta. on 25/07/2009 we went back to them with the Samsung. It did not "Charge" . On 2009/08/07 we recieved the phone back again, Invoice:4877815-56, Acc FA35-Cash, Job no:4877815-568221. We send a courier to pick up the phone, and we used it for a week, and the same problem again, cell phone would not charge again. As we could only went back about a month later to Midrand again (we stay about 6 hours from there) we took the phone back to Vodacare Cresta, on 31/08/2009. On 2009/09/17 we went to collect the phone with the bad news that it will cost us R1473.19 to repair.(Job no:4978465-569589, Inv:1410484) This phone, not even a year old, went in twice with the same complait, nothing done about it, and we had to pay if we want it fixed. We paid R3649.00 for this phone as a Christmas Gift for my Daughter. AND WHAT A DISSAPOINTMNT IT TURNED OUT TO BE! Liana Esterhuysen
