I bought a new blackberry smartphone and it was faulty from the beginning.I sent it to vodacare for repairs and they gave me a new handset.(after 2, 3 weeks).Then i realised that the new handset they gave me is not working properly.The T button on the qwerty keypad is not functioning properly.I sent it back to vodacare menlyn for repairs.(Another 2, 3 weeks).When i got it back i realised immediately that the button is still not working properly.The next day i took it back to vodacare menlyn as now im furious!They told me to wait for another 2, 3 weeks, and refused to swop the handset immediately.(THEY DONT HAVE THE NECCESSARY AUTHORITY)...How long must i wait for my handset to be repaired and why should i still pay for a phone that i dont have ? The phone is more in vodacares possession than in my own!WTF?Who is not doing their job and why is it that i have to wait.HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET A PROPER WORKING PHONE??Or is that to much to ask in South-Africa?
