Quite some time ago, I sent in my cellular phone for repairs, due to a software failure. After giving in my phone (sony ericsson w810i) to vodashop, pavillion, i was told 2 retriev my phone within 4 weeks. A month later, i returned to the store to pick up my phone, i was told that my phone was not ready 2 be picked up yet. This was mor than 1 year ago. Till this day i hav still not recieved my cellular phone. I sincerely request that this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
