I, Jai Prakash Kain requested for conversion from postpaid to prepaid services on my mobile number +919720004545 on 18-11-2009, and the request number 2105085862 dated 18-11-09 was provided by Mr Raveesh a customer care employee of vodafone to this request. I have contacted customer care for five times till 13-12-09, but no action taken on my request.
